How we handle the information you send us, in plain language.
We ask for your information for one reason: to price your event and get your artists to the right place at the right time.
We have never sold or rented a client’s information, and we never will. Nobody receives it who isn’t part of running your party.
This website does not use cookies. It does not show advertising, there is no account to create, and nothing about you is sold, rented or shared with anyone trying to reach you.
We do count visits, so we can see which pages are actually useful and which ones nobody reads. That counting is anonymous. It records the page that was opened, roughly which part of the world the visit came from, and whether it was a phone or a computer — and that is all.
It uses no cookies, it cannot work out who you are, it cannot follow you to any other website, and the record of a visit is thrown away within 24 hours. There is no profile of you anywhere, because there is nothing to build one from.
The quote you build travels with you in the address bar and disappears the moment you close the tab — we never see it unless you send us the form.
“Do Not Track” signals from your browser make no difference here, because there is no tracking to switch off. Nothing we collect follows you beyond this website.
When you send us a booking/inquiry form, we collect:
We never ask for card or bank details on this website. Deposits and balances are handled separately, after you decide to book.
Running a booking means a small number of people and services see your details:
The company that hosts this website is also the one that produces the anonymous visit counts described above. Those counts are separate from your booking — they are numbers about pages, not about people, and there is no way to connect a visit to a form you sent us.
That is the entire list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers. If someone is not part of running your event, they do not get it.
We keep your booking details as part of our records. Most of our clients come back — often for the same party a year later — and it saves you explaining it all again.
If you would rather we didn’t, just ask and we’ll remove you.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@taylorentertainmentinc.com and we’ll take care of it.
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the date below. Anything significant, and we’ll say so at the top of the page for a while so returning clients notice.
